Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.

 

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return that shows signs of wear or damage.

 

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

For hygiene, safety, or boutique specialty reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Jewelry & accessories

  • Hair products, beauty products, lash items, and candles

  • Holiday or seasonal items

  • Bodysuits, intimates, and bralettes

  • Laundry products, detergents, soaps, and fragrance items

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit only.

  • Store credit will be sent via email in the form of an e-gift card.

  • No cash or credit card refunds will be given.

 

 

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue store credit if the item is no longer available.

 

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—Alter Ego Salon & Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

 

 

 

 

 

Final Sale Items

 

 

Any item marked Final Sale on the website or at checkout cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
